Q: What if my pet gets hurt or sick while you're watching them?
A: At the time of our meet and greet, we'll collect a number of pieces of information from you, including your veterinarian's information. If you do not have a preferred veterinarian, we'll take them to one of our vet's two office locations, Northstar Animal Care or Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital.
Q: What if my pet has an accident while I'm away, will you clean up after them?
A: We ask that your dog(s) be able to hold their urine at least overnight, 10 hours at a minimum. Accidents happen and we understand that. We'll take care of accidents to the best of our ability but if it becomes a reoccurring issue we will not be available to sit for you in the future.
Q: I'm not sure if my house falls within your covered area for pet sitting services, how can I check?
A: As a general rule, we like to do our sitting within a 15 minute drive of our house. Anything more makes it difficult for us to make it worth our while and still make it affordable to you. Use the form here, or email us your address and we'll let you know if your house is within our covered area.
Q: What if our travel plans change and we aren't able to get home on time?
A: If something changes and you don't believe you'll be able to make it home when you expect to, let us know right away and we'll make arrangements to extend our services to cover you until you arrive home safely (additional charges may apply).
Q: Are there any requirements my pets need to meet before you can provide service for them?
A: For cats we just ask that you be honest and let us know if they often go outside the litter box and please don't leave us to deal with a full litter box on our first visit. For dogs, other than being able to hold their urine for at least 9-10 hours (overnight), we have a few other requirements. If we are performing walking services, we ask they your dog has some leash training or manners. If they pull and lunge after other dogs, people or animals, that puts us at risk and can hurt your dog. If we are watching them and they are left out of a crate and have free roam of the house, we ask that we not be the guinea pigs for a "first time test". We would hate to walk into your house and find it damaged and your dog hurt. Please test their trustability of free roam of the house before booking our services.
If we feel that your dog is at risk of harming itself or us for any reason, we will refuse services.
Q: Do you only provide services for cats and dogs?
A: Yes, we currently only provide sitting services for cats and dogs.
Q: What forms of payment to yo accept?
A: We currently take the following payment methods, cash, check Venmo and Zelle.
